We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, shippers, receivers, mechanical issues, road closures, or acts of nature.

4. Rates, Payments & Billing

Rate confirmations, quotes, and billing are handled directly between DM Trucking and the customer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All rates are subject to change.

  • Accessorials (detention, layover, TONU, etc.) may apply.

  • Payment terms will be specified in rate confirmations or invoices.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and/or collection activity.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using DM Trucking services are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup/delivery information.

  • Ensuring freight is properly packaged and ready for transport.

  • Ensuring loading/unloading areas are safe and compliant.

  • Following all laws and regulations related to shipping.

DM Trucking is not liable for delays caused by improper customer preparation or incomplete information.

6. Liability & Claims

DM Trucking is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or delays

  • Damage resulting from improper loading or packaging

  • Damage caused by weather, accidents, theft, or conditions beyond our control

Any cargo-related claims must be submitted in writing and will be handled according to FMCSA and industry standards.

7. Website Use
